What’s included in a standard alarm or CCTV package?
Our CCTV packages feature high-quality security cameras (HQ Cameras), a DVR recorder, a 2TB hard drive for video storage, and a 32-inch monitor for live viewing. These packages are designed to provide optimal coverage of your home.
Alarm system packages include motion sensors, door and window contacts, a control panel, and a loud alarm signal. All systems are expandable, allowing you to customize security based on your specific home setup
Can I keep my existing security system if I switch to PPS?
Yes. In many cases, we can integrate your current system without requiring new equipment. We begin with a system scan to assess compatibility, and if desired, we connect your setup to our control center and response services. If your current system is outdated or incompatible, we may recommend an upgrade.
How does your alarm response process work?
When an alert is triggered, our control center is contacted immediately. If necessary, we dispatch one of our eight strategically placed Alarm Response Units. Fun fact: our teams often arrive faster than the police.
Is maintenance included with your security services?
Maintenance is optional, but highly recommended. Regular upkeep helps ensure system reliability and prevent malfunctions. We offer maintenance contracts that cover periodic inspections, software updates, and component testing.
How quickly can you secure my home?
Following an initial consultation and security scan, we can typically proceed with installation or system integration within a few days. Urgent installations are available upon request.
